Ok, the past few months have proven to me something that I believe to have been true all along! If your home is priced right, and staged to sell, you will sell your home! It's definitely not the time to be greedy, but your home WILL sell under these conditions. A fresh coat of neutral paint, and new carpeting throughout are the two best things you can do to help your home show the best that it can! A listing of mine sold for full purchase price in 35 days, after 26 showings! Traffic is good, and buyers are still out there if you follow the suggestions of your Realtor! All of these factors are, of course, dependent on neighborhood & school district too, so it's not a catch all... Good luck!
