Keep in mind that markets can vary tremendously, even just in the Columbus market. Be sure you're getting the best advice possible, and specifically on your area alone. Following national and local statistics will give you a general idea, but the difference between what's going on in your particular neighborhood and generally across the U.S. will be huge! Just something to keep in mind when you see that the housing market slump has hit rock bottom. That's just not the case for most of us in Central Ohio. In fact, most of us are seeing a positive upswing already!
