Now is the time to get your ducks in a row. Both Franklin & Delaware counties only accept valuation complaints from 1/1-3/31 each year. If you feel that your property is assessed for higher than what it should be (and you can show evidence of this being the case), you can request a revision (and in essence, reduce your annual taxes). That's where I come in.
